At Sokeve, we operate on a limited-release model. Our shipping policy is designed to give you a clear understanding of how we get our gear to you.

1. Order Processing Because our pieces are released in limited runs, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During high-volume drops, this may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We ship worldwide. All charges are calculated at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days once dispatched.
• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

3. Customs & Duties Sokeve is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your local government. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost or Misdelivered Packages If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship your order. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. Sokeve is not responsible for packages stolen after being marked as "Delivered."
