Return & Refund Policy
Sokeve operates on a limited-drop model featuring exclusive, small-batch releases. Because of the nature of these drops, all sales are final once an order is placed.
1. Contact Required Before taking any action, you must contact us at sokeveofficial@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In the event of a verified return or exchange (due to defect), the shipping address will be provided to you directly via email.
2. Limited Drops (No Returns / Refunds) Due to the exclusive nature of our releases and the logistics of our drop model, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect Size Selection: Please review size charts carefully before purchasing as we do not hold extra inventory for exchanges.
- Change of Mind: Once an order is processed, it cannot be reversed.
- Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue.
- Requirements: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
- Resolution: A replacement will be sent at no cost. If the item is no longer in stock due to the limited nature of the drop, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
